Corvina, Rondinella and Merlot. Macerated on the skins for about 2 weeks to enhance the characteristics of the grapes. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation is followed by a second maceration to enrich the bouquet and give more structure to the wine. After racking and pressing, the wine is fermented in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling. This possesses primary aromas of raspberry, blackberry and light herbaceous nuances, with floral hints of violets and roses adding complexity. On the palate, the wine is soft and pleasant, round and juicy on the palate.
Ideal with savory first courses, burgers, pizza, cured meats, roasted or grilled meats and poultry, and medium-aged cheeses. The perfect every day drinker!
