55% Grenache, 29% Mourvèdre, 8% Cinsault and 8% Vermentino. Almost entirely the product of direct press, the wine is fermented to dryness in one long, sequential native co-fermentation in stainless.
Sharply focused nose displays scents of redcurrant, strawberry and orange zest lifted by a suave floral topnote. Dry and racy on the palate, offering bitter red berry skin flavors and a hint of honeysuckle. Fleshes out on the finish, which hangs on with very good floral tenacity. Excellent purity and elegance.
